I offer healing services to women through yoga, love, (essential) oils, and laughter. I believe in healing through community, mind, body and heart beside her.
I have worked mostly in the public schools helping kids, teachers, and parents navigate through challenges. While getting my masters in psychology, I got super into mindfulness and positive psychology, which lit my “I want to be a yoga teacher” fire. After yoga teacher training, I integrated yoga and mindfulness into my work and fell in love with sharing about the power of the breath, of being present, of releasing judgement and of smiling.
When I was diagnosed with breast cancer at the age of 34, my world was rocked, and I struggled to find a community. Now building communities is my jam, as are dance parties, traveling, cooking, treading water, coloring, nature, hugs, and wearing my (fake) fur vest. (On cold days, it’s basically like having a perma-hug.)
